For the selection of candidates we use the multilevel evaluation system:

  • Structured interview;
  • Professional and psychological testing;
  • Metoprogramm profile development;
  • Collection and verification of recommendations, information about candidates;
  • Business games among candidates-finalists.

 

During candidates’ evaluation we disclose:

  • Candidate’s loyalty and safety;
  • Professional qualities;
  • Business traits;
  • Individual psychological qualities.

 

Procedure of search and selection takes place as follows:

  • Personal meeting with Customer, acquaintance with Company, its corporative culture, management style, detailed discussion of vacant position and ascriptions of personalities of required specialist.
  • Selection of personnel (taking into account the possible presence of candidates in companies-competitors).
  • Primary selection of applicants.
  • The second selection is a detailed interview with applicants.
  • The selection of applicants can be complemented at customer’s will: professional or psychological testing, verification of recommendations.
  • Passing to Customer the detailed resume with a photo and analytical report on 3-5 best applicants, who correspond to requirements, indicated in a brief.
  • Conducting interviews with applicants in the Customer’s company. Selection of the winner.
  • Candidate starts working.

If a candidate within 3 months leaves the company on objective reasons or on own free will, we guarantee one-time replacement of this specialist.

FEE:

Our fee is 10-15 % of annual earnings of candidate (including VAT).

Payment is made after implementation of project during 3 bank days from the moment of candidate’s trial period.

For loyal clients we consider possibility of partnership without pre-payment, as well as favourable terms of providing services.
